Who doesn't like Crispy Calamari, right?? If you don't like what you see, it's probably you don't like seafood or you're blind. I am sorry, it is one of the BEST of Crispy Calamari around the world. This one is on fine dining HH Prime (steak & Seafood) at Hilton Head, SC.
The picture is fresh cook Calamari with flash fried Wasabi Aioli. The sauce is so good that you want to lick the sauce plate. That words "Aioli" is garlic with olive oil and some other small ingredients plus wasabi in here. If you see the red sauce is actually hot sauce (yeah, this fine dining actually give you chili hot sauce)...so that this aioli thing has a perfect balance of saltiness, moist, sweet, and with a little kick of Wasabi. Oh...man perfect..I would just put the sauce with anything...so yummss...
The best way to eat it is grab your fried calamari, dip it on the sauce, and slash with that hot chili, bite it, and...hmmm...double dip it again to that Aioli if no one sees it...Just Kidding..don't do it, it's nasty...But the Crispy Calamari is perfectly cooked, it's not oily, but it's not dry as well. Great Job HH Prime...
