Grilled Lamb Chops with Sofrito Rice & Olive Jus at TWIST

Fine Dining..of course it's different kind of food and service. This one is perfect blend of Lamb Chops with delicate and delicious sauce. Lamb is so tender, a perfect singed on the outside, and has been marinated to the perfection. The rice is a different story though, the rich aroma of the rice with tomato creates a perfect balance between sweet and spice (hard to describe, but it's easy to eat, ya know what I mean)...

The lamb sauce is sweet, yet salty with a little zingi taste to add a perfection to the lamb and rice. You can't have a meat without a sauce, it's like you play computer without the program. But the sauce really different than any other kind. You have to try to believe it.

Oh..There is 1 more thing lack from this dishes, it is the amount. I need more meat and more rice man, but what can you say...It is a fine dining, cost around $20 per-plate, plus to add tax and tips, you know how it is. If you can't pay tips, you better not to eat out.
